In most cases, credits will be issued based on the unused portion of the item in saleable condition only. (as well with for the exchange, we usually only give exchange only for saleable portion) This guarantee does NOT apply in spoiled items because of mishandling by customers. And the valid return transaction only accepted within 7 days. (from the customer received the merchandise).
Depend on the case, if the customer would like to return just because they are changing their mind, or they don’t have specific reason to determine the issue is caused by the product quality any other things caused by our company, we WILL NOT cover the return shipping cost If the customer is the one who arrange the shipment, the shipment must be secure and insured. We do not responsible for any loss or damage happen during return delivery.
But, otherwise, if the customer not satisfied with the quality or the merchandise damage/broken on its way, they are eligible to be treated with free return shipping arrangement
